This image was captured in Ouray, Colorado. Having spent the day exploring and making photographs in the area, I returned to Ouray to meet with friends for dinner. As I left the hotel room, I saw the wonderful twilight colors and the tree-lined gap in silhouette. I quickly grabbed my camera from the room, and used the 2nd floor railing as a tripod to take this timed exposure. |
